Patriotic attire encouraged. Club dress code prohibits athletic wear and baseball caps; tailored shorts and capris are permitted. Low-cut or torn clothing is not allowed.

Knox will provide a photo booth. Personal photography and video are not permitted by Ned's Club.

Valet parking is available at Ned’s Club, along with nearby garage options including Impark – 733 15th Street NW (Woodward Building).

Rideshare drop-off is recommended. Attendees will be notified closer to the event of any potential street closures on 15th between H St and New York Ave.

Guests are welcome to attend the full event (4:00pm – approx. 10:00pm) or join for the portion that best fits their schedule.

Please use a designated phone booth or hallway for calls. 

Please enter through Ned's Club's main entrance at 734 15th St NW. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted at a dedicated Knox check-in table where our team will check you in and provide your event badge.

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all guests, please make sure everyone in your party is registered in advance.

Ned's Club is fully accessible. Guests will enter at street level through the main entrance at 734 15th St NW, check in at our dedicated table, and take the elevator up to our event on the 10th floor.

If you have specific accessibility needs or questions ahead of the event, please don't hesitate to reach out to events@knoxsystems.com — we're happy to help.

We know it's July, but bag check is available for guests who'd like to store personal items — purses, backpacks, or anything you'd rather not carry throughout the evening.

Children of all ages are welcome! Our activities and childcare options are designed to accommodate a range of ages, from little ones to tweens, so there's something for everyone.

While there is no formal age requirement for childcare, we ask that parents and guardians use their best judgment and check in regularly with their children throughout the evening. Our goal is for families to feel comfortable and for both kids and adults to enjoy the celebration.
